Leasing Information
Please stop by our office at 123 West Main Street in the heart of historic downtown Leesburg, Florida as soon as you are ready to take a closer look at any of our properties. We will be happy to answer your questions, talk about your rental options, and assist you in viewing the property you are considering leasing. To look at a property, you will need to bring a picture ID. We do recommend that you view your potential new home before you submit an application.
The application requirements are as follows:
- Verification of a background check
- Verification of a sex offender check
- Provide 5 years of previous rental history with no previous evictions
- Have a minimum of 6 months permanent employment
- Verify a monthly take-home income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
Incomplete applications will be denied. There is an application fee of $50.00 per adult; the fee
is non-refundable under any circumstance, including denials. Applications will not be processed
until the fee is received.
Neither the application nor the application fee hold a property. Only a holding fee, equal to the security deposit of that property, will hold it.
If you decide to apply for a lease, you will need to drop by our office with the foil owing:
- A complete application
- The $50.00 application fee
- A picture ID
- Verification of monthly income
- Holding fee for the property
